Market Force Information names Mark Newhall as COO
LOUISVILLE, Colo. – (Aug 03, 2009) — Market Force Information, Inc., the leading customer experience information and insights company, today announced the addition of Mark Newhall to the company as Chief Operating Officer. With deep experience in rapid growth environments, Newhall’s background will allow the company to continue its growth with a major focus on driving business efficiency and scalability through process improvements and investment in technology.
Newhall will assume overall responsibilities for operations and technology at Market Force which will include planning and execution of operating strategies to enable profitable growth as well as focusing on the technical infrastructure aspects to support the business. Newhall spent 14 years as a senior leader with Corporate Express NV, most recently as global vice president of strategy. During his tenure, Corporate Express grew through the acquisition of more than four-hundred independent suppliers to a fully-integrated, $7.6 billion international supplier with operations in 21 countries. His responsibilities focused exclusively on acquisition and business integration, process standardization, business improvement through the deployment of advanced technology solutions, and optimization of the customer experience.
